Stefan Posted 22 August , 2006 Share Posted 22 August , 2006 For about 90 years, my home town regiment the saxon IR 134 saw action in High wood from 9th till 28th August 1916. With this topic i will remember the fallen (17 officers, 913 ncos /other ranks killed or wounded) as also their antagonists, especially the 2nd Argyll&Sutherland Highlanders (33rd Division) which suffered like the above regiment heavy casualties on 18th August 1916.Gruß Stefan
