Remembered Today:

Thomas Frederick Hooper

Recommended Posts

I am trying to find details of my uncle Thomas Frederick Hooper who was KIA 1916. His service number was PS/9668 and was with the 8th Battalion Royal Fusiliers. I'd be grateful for any help from a Pal with SDGW.

Thanks in anticipation,

Ray Hooper

Bob,

I am aware of the attack on Bayonet Trench from Somme Day-by-Day and I assume that T F Hooper died there on 7 October 1916. I am trying to find out more and have ordered H C O'Neill's Royal Fusiliers in the Great War. Do you know of any sources of information?

Regards,

Ray Hooper
