Just bought a tankard of E-Bay.

It was presented to private E.C. Adey for services rendered in the Great War

Nailsea 1919.

I can't find him in the Census nor in the MIC'S

any thoughts or suggestions?

Nilis

Not guaranteed to be him but Nailsea is in Somerset and there is one hit for an E. Adey with Somerset links.

Medal card of Adey, Edwin

Somerset Light Infantry 35276 Private

Link to the card is Here
