I'm looking for access to any photos there may be of The Somerset Light Infantry, particularly in the period August to November 1914, though i would be grateful of any down to July 1916, when my man, Private Coward, switches to the RE.

The Somerset Record Office in Taunton have a large collection of photos taken by Captain PRIDEAUX who served with the Somerset Light Infantry. The photos in "GOOD OLD SOMERSETS" are mainly his. There are many taken during their time at PLUGSTREET WOOD. Unfortunately Captain PRIDEAUX was killed early in1917 and is buried at HEM FARM CEMETERY on the SOMME.
