Paul Reed Posted 16 December , 2002 Share Posted 16 December , 2002 While the area was heavily shelled in 1918, you might find some of the buildings used by 16th (Irish) Division with a good 1/10,000 'trench' map of the area. I think you'll find that although advanced Div HQ was a Noeux, the actual HQ might have been a bit further back. There are some impressive chateux in the area.
