I'm new to this map thing.

I wonder if anybody has a copy of the map for the above.

I am particularly interested in the area of Surbiton Villas/Inverness Copse/Glencorse Wood/Nonne Bosschen/Polygon Wood. I hope that the above references are correct.

My knowledge of 3rd Ypres is very limited, but the places you mention are, unless my memory is faulty, some way from Langemarck.

I quite agree with you with regards to the nomenclementure of the 16th/17th August 1917, but that is what the official title of that particular battle is.

Having said that, I still stand by my original request.

This is one which I used to mark 5/K.S.L.I. positions on for an attack later in August, hope it will do.
