The Menin Rd. fighting is dealt with in pages 85 to 91, with a photo of Sgt. Knight and a brief account of the deed for which he won the VC. Chippenham Wiltshire, 1982 170 pages. It contains a Roll of Honour and a list of Decoratios and awards.
