I'm sure this is an easy one for someone. Just need to know what corps/regiment these buttons belong to.......thanks!

Chris,

They're Life Guards buttons. The one on the left looks like the 1st Life Guards pattern and should have a figure 1 between the monogram and crown, but I can't see due to the reflecting light, it was worn from 1902-1922. The one on the right was introduced in 1928.

Thankyou Graham........There is no number 1 on the left button.....it is just as you see it......but that gives me something to go on.....are there any references available for button ID's do you know..?

Chris,

All I have is "Buttons of the British Army 1855-1970" by Howard Ripley. There is another book, but I can't remember it's title, but think the author was Gwen Squire.

Thanks again Graham.......I feel the need for some new additions to my bookshelf! I'll look out for this one.
