One for Terry I think.

Local memorial man Private Michael Bennett of the 10th Yorks, DOW July 14th 1918.

He is buried here but CWGC says many POW graves were concentrated here in the 1920's from cemeteries in Eastern Germany.

Would it be possible to find out his original burial place.?

Would be most grateful for any help.

Bob.

Bob

Burials from 146 cemeteries were concentrated into Berlin South Western.

I have a record of some of them but not all. CWGC may be able to tell you where your man came from. Contact them to find out.
