stevem Posted 9 November , 2004 Share Posted 9 November , 2004 Hi Dave Please could you let me where the 2nd Battalion were between 7 and 13 August 1916 and what they were doing? I am researching 24031 Pte Alfred Strutt and his service records state he was cpatured at Guillemont on 8 August 1916 and in Schneidemuhl POW camp. Unfortunatley they also state he was captured on 12 August 1916 at Hulluch and was in Dulmen POW camp. I do know he was in Dulmen by 27 August 1916 so perhaps Hulluch is correct. Thanks very much Regards Steve
