12th Bn South Wales Borderers

Does anybody have any info (above what is posted on the mother site) about either the above Bn. or indeed my man mentioned above.

He arrived in France on 2nd July 1916 and at some stage was promoted to 2/Lieut in the Suffolk Regt. before being KIA on 23rd August 1918 during the Battle of Albert and more specifically for the attack on Gomiecourt (Thanks Garth).
