pic 12/5 is very difficult, but with a little help I read:

"Radingham

Hai Wei m. "Poussi"

Poussy brachte ich Aug 1915, als ich das 1.x (erste mal) n. (nach) 1 Jahr von Nordfrankr. in Urlaub kam mit nach "drei Eichen""

Ok translation:

"Radingham (location)

Hai Wei (this is the funny name of a comrade whose real name most likely started with an "H" for first name, and "W" for surname) with "Poussi"

When I got leave, first time after one year, I brought Poussy with me from Northern France August 1915 to "drei Eichen" (=3 oaks, a nickname for a the location they lived/worked than)

Hello Egbert,

the name of the village is Radinghem,

exact: Radinghem-en-Weppes and is to find between Lille and Armentières.
