I am very new to this so please bear with me. I have my grandfathers War Medal & Victory medal and have looked for his details in the campaign medal rolls as recommended, but have not been able to find anything. His number was SE 21767. Any help would be appreciated.

By medal rolls, do you mean his Medal Index Card?

I believe this will be him:

Corps Regiment No Rank
