Hello Everyone,

I have checked several search engines for the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Assoc contacy details, but with very little success. There is plenty about the Regimental Museum but nothing regarding an association. Can anyone enlighten me?

If I were you I'd follow up with a phone call to the ASH museum. I believe the Regimental HQ is also in Stirling Castle.

As Richard says, the museum is a good place to start.

I've found them very helpful and knowledgeable. They do appreciate donations for their efforts, which I think is reasonable.

They have lots of info on individuals but not every battalion. The guy they helped me with was in the 1st Bn and the detail they sent me was incredible.

I will try the museum. The reason I haven't in the past is that the website instructs people who are researching members of the regiment should try the PRO as no regimental records are held at the museum.
