Last active service memorial plaque

Heres a teaser for you all. On researching a plaque I found it was for a sailor who died on the 31/11/1919 when the drifter HM Catspaw sank on active stuty off Sweden as part of the North Russian Campaign. I know there are thousands of plaques awared after this date to wounded who subsequently died directly from these wounds, but I was wondering if anyone has an idea when the last "active sevice "plaques were awarded? PS if anyones interested in the Catspaw I have some snippets gleaned from the MOD etc.
