Jim,

Here's a name from the Co. Carlow Memorial. It was unveiled in 2002 and has 470 names on it.

By the way, I have names of two civilian women who are commemorated on memorials. Do you include them?

A nice war memorial - very simple & not too imposing

McMahon was a member of the Womens Legion. Those who worked as drivers and mechanics etc. with the ASC were permitted to wear ASC badges and buttons.

Well I am a tad disappointed as she was only attached to the A.S.C. and should have correctly been shown as a member of the Women's Legion. She is buried in Killeshin Church Of Ireland Churchyard, County Leix having died on the 28th October 1918. A memorial plaque will have been issued.
