I have SDGW CD.

Willing to do look ups.

Doug

Hi Doug,

Does your CD have anything on the following: -

My great uncle, Albert Arthur THORPE, died on the Somme 20 July 1916 and has no known grave. His service record is missing from the burnt series at National Archives.

According to CWGC he was in 4th Btn Suffolk Regt & the medal rolls index has scant info about him.

Cheers

John

Enoch,

Thank you very much for the information on the two men on the North Nibley monument.

I only discovered this site a few months ago and am continually amazed at the effort so many people put in to help others.

Thanks again to you and to Doug.

John
