I would be very grateful for your help in finding my uncle in your lookups - he was Sydney Hedley, in the 2/5th Bn East Lancs , fell Mar 31, 1918, servic enumber 31064, according to CWGCC.

If you look in the Document repository here on the forum you will see war diary look ups,see if the diary of the battalion is on offer and ask away. This thread is in Unit histories where people are offering look ups,they might be able to help if your Btn is one of them.

when you have the time could you please look-up the following for me,

Captain Geoffrey Barker, 2/6th Bn, West Yorkshire Regt, died/killed 22/11/17.

If you find him would it be possible for you to show his entry exactly as it would appear on the SDITGW printout (for my files),
