Managed to pull a soldiers record yesterday from WO363 and was hoping someone could actually tell me what these say from the Squadron, Troop, Battery and Company defaulter sheet.

He was a bit of a bad boy sometimes, especially in Malta having attested on 15/7/03 and was KIA on 27/4/15 with the 1st RB.

Agree with Harry on first.

2nd is presumably witnesses, Acting Sergeant Teggler and Sergeant Pick, revert to Private Rifleman, then Signature.

Two that I have come across that I found amusing :

Being insultingly abusive to a Corporal.

Being found in bed after reveille.

Squirrel,

Many thanks for your input into this, interesting to note that the signature of the officer under "Revert to Private Rifleman" is that of W.N. Congreve, a V.C. Winner.
