Peter Beckett Posted 18 October , 2005 Share Posted 18 October , 2005 Langley, once you have come with Master list, how do you want copies of the scans sent? Also what is your preferred size, etc as all of mine are quite large (6 meg plus) Peter
Peter Beckett Posted 18 October , 2005 Share Posted 18 October , 2005 LB, Master list was a bit tongue in cheek. I am still looking forward to the list so keep up the good work Peter
Brett Posted 18 October , 2005 Share Posted 18 October , 2005 Thanks very much Dave, for the additions which you provided some time ago, which I appreciate. Sorry for having taken so long to respond - I thought I was subscribed to this thread, but it appears not! Regards and best wishes, Brett

Deptfordboy Posted 23 October , 2005 Share Posted 23 October , 2005 Hi All, I have the following: A "Cover for discharge documents", entitled 3987/3937 (blurred photocopy I'm afraid) Form 90, "Award Sheet - First Award" A.F. Z22 - "Statement as to disability" For context, all of these pertain to one man, who was a POW and received invalid benefit as a result of 'mistreatment' during his incarceration. I'm happy to provide scans. Cheers Gilbert
Chris_Baker Posted 23 October , 2005 Share Posted 23 October , 2005 Here is my technical advice. For displaying on the internet, I recommend that the images are produced in two sizes. 1. A "thumbnail". This is a shrunk down version of the form. It should ideally be in jpg format, no wider than 200 pixels. If a brwoser clicks on that, it woould then open up 2. The large size image. Again this should be in jpg format and no wider than 800 pixels.
Muerrisch Posted 24 October , 2005 Author Share Posted 24 October , 2005 OK, done my thinking! Please post scans one at a time, in any order. This means each will get a post number. I will then add a column to my master list, giving post number. As for size, please go for the larger size. Meanwhile, I have daughter and grandchilders in house so an update of list may be a little while. Off you go, get posting! I'm off to do the hoovering and bake some bread. Graham Stewart Posted 25 October , 2005 Share Posted 25 October , 2005 Langley, Locked and loaded, all set to rockn'roll, in which direction would you like me to direct my fire here to this post or directly to you? Graham.
Charles Fair Posted 25 October , 2005 Share Posted 25 October , 2005 Whilst not strictly an Army form I would also add in the Widows Pension Award Sheet - form WF 25. This appears in at least two main versions in the Ministry of Pensions records in PIN 82 in the NA. Charles
