Many thanks indeed for posting this one; by and large my colleagues and have managed to locate the 'official' memorials to MGC men across the British Isles, but private ones can be difficult - consider another man 'found'. Must confer as to location. Much appreciation of your trouble.

EDIT: Except I find he IS on the CWGC register - still, the photo is terrific and it is a fine memorial. (Mind you, with a name like 'Thomas Telford' you would almost expect him to be from the Shropshire area!)
