Bob Coulson Posted 26 September , 2005 Share Posted 26 September , 2005 James, According to Ray Westlakes British Battalions 1914 the Camerons attacked along the Chivy Valley towards the German positions on the Chemin des Dames Ridge. Had to move back after heavy fighting, casualties given as 9 officers killed, 8 wounded and among other ranks approx 151 killed or died of wounds with many more wounded. Bob.
