Neil Mackenzie Posted 10 September , 2005 Share Posted 10 September , 2005 Eskimo. Select the 'http://' button and add in the URL. Link to web site Very nice way of remembering your uncle - I am hoping to do one for my great uncle sometime. If I may make a suggestion - it may be better not to have all the text on your home page all underlined. People using web sites generally expect underlined text to be a link to another page or site. Best wishes. Neil
Chris_Baker Posted 10 September , 2005 Share Posted 10 September , 2005 Great stuff eskimo. It would now be a good idea to register your site at yahoo.com and at dmoz.org. Go to the "Add a URL" links on each. These are two basic sources used by many search engines.

wainfleet Posted 27 May , 2011 Share Posted 27 May , 2011 Eskimo I've just seen your website. This may be a (very!) old thread but all the same I'd like to add my congratulations on a really excellent piece of work. What a fine and fitting tribute to those of your family who saw service in the war. Best wishes, W.
john conley Posted 28 May , 2011 Share Posted 28 May , 2011 Hi Eskimo Love the site great piece of work a truely fitting memorial I particularly like the 'memorial scroll', did you make this yourself, love one each for my relatives? What is the badge at the top perhaps this could be the battalion badge if this would be allowed? Regards John C
