Identification of cap badge

I would be grateful for any information on the attached photo. The cap badge looks like a VTC, but beyond that I have no idea.

Matthew - according to Kipling & King, Vol 1, it's the general pattern badge for the Volunteer Training Corps (VTC), and as such was worn by thosw units which didn't have a speacial badge. Steven
