Major Ian Posted 1 October Share Posted 1 October I currently run 1 WW Trench Tours near Docking Norfolk which were built by the LOVAT SCOUTS in 1915 to practice in before they proceeded to the 1 WW. They are Grade II listed and are rare. However, my interest in the 1WW over 40 years military service grew and yesterday I purchased the following. The beautifully framed 1WW Military Medal, War Medal and Victory Medal of 341115 BOMBADIER E T REYNOLDS MM of the 12th Siege Bty (Finchley). I placed my comment on the site to see if anyone out there has any information on him. I believe that the 12th Seige Bty could have been attached to the Australians/Canadians? chaz Posted 1 October Share Posted 1 October (edited) Gazetted 4 October 1918 Bravery in the field. the pair and MM are sole entitlement. a search of war diaries may find a mention. his BWM/Vic roll is on Essex and Suffolk RGA (TF) there is a family tree on ancestry but you will have to ask owners permission to see it.
