Case of corned beef to date

good morning,

I need you to date this wood case of corned beef :

Do you have any advice to clean it of the greenery that has been put on it because it has remained in humidity.
and label retention.
I thought of passing it in hydrogen peroxide with baking soda

This box was found with the zinc box that I present on another subject and other objects related to the Great War.

Thank you for the link.
I will contact the company in case they have any information on the subject.
