1915 Photograph Of RGA Hampshire Heavy Battery at Southampton/Isle of Wight

I've been researching Cecil Charles Woods, service nos 1218/352448 who enlisted in 1914. I was looking for any info before a visit to Southampton. I found a 1915 photograph of a formal group and wrote down the reference 98099 or 99M 98/1.  Unfortunately I didn't get the right source for the reference, believing it to be at the Southampton Archives which it wasn't. I've tried every way to find the source without success and wonder if anyone on this website can recognise it. I would be grateful for any help and promise faithfully that I won't make the same mistake again! Thank you.

This is a picture of the Hants RGA/154 Heavy Battery from a local Southampton newspaper.

Cecil's 352*** certainly suggests he was in 154  HB  which was formed from the nucleus of the Hants RGA TF. His 1218 would have been his First number when joining the Hants RGA

There is a full list of names of those serving in the Hants RGA TF in the Southampton Advertiser dated 19 Dec 1914.

Alan you are an absolute star! We had a fabulous couple of days in Southampton and the Isle of Wight and finding this photo is the icing on the cake. Thank you so very much.
