A copy of this is kept by the Imperial War Museum. I viewed the copy at The National Archives UK at Kew, archive reference WO 161/82.

As may be expected, the content appears similar to that of SMEBE and GARBA, the difference being this was classified as SECRET at the time of publication

This information, classified as SECRET, when published in June 1920, was declassified and published under a new title in 1922.
