Regimental markings ?

Hallo

The M 1886/15 bayonet is full length, has a French number and is not modified in any way.

Does anyone know such regimental markings?

And I think the marking of the company? (COStr in an oval) carrying out the renovation? (the letter r with v suggests the Balkans)?
