CAN ANYONE HELP WITH A TRANSFER TO RFC

Hi can anyone help me find a transfer from the army to the R.F.C for a George Henry West  RFC no 402494 .He was born early 1891  in Pancras City of London and he tranfered to the RFC from a TF unit on 27th September 1916 .He joined the army for 4 yrs on 26th November 1914 and was married to a Mrs Edith West of Holloway N London.I would like to find the unit and his army service as I cant seem to find the right man .Thank you for any help

His RFC/RAF papers are on FMP.

They don't give his previous number, or a note of what unit he was with I'm afraid.  He served with 37 Sqn and 153 Sqn, until demob on 19.319.
