hope everyone is doing well. 
 

im having trouble interpreting a Drs writing about one of my relatives distinctive marks. If anyone can help. I think the first one says blank Dorsal region, the second I think is blank armpit ribs. Im open to any help.

I think it says scars, overwritten on another scribble.

The scars in the next line in a different hand
