Toilets on the Tardenois - any Forum experts?

Didn't think I would ever be asking this question on the Forum but I was wondering if any members could advise on the availability of toilets in the area SW of Reims - in the general area of Ville-en-Tardenois.

I know there is a big Carrefour supermarket in Dormans which will presumably have toilets but I am hoping there is something a bit nearer.
