Emz999 Posted 20 October , 2022 Share Posted 20 October , 2022 Does anyone know anything about this. I think part of it says to commemorate the end of the Great War. Many Thanks
Jim Strawbridge Posted 21 October , 2022 Share Posted 21 October , 2022 It is a commemorative medal struck in their thousands as a momento of the end of the Great War. The manufacturers took orders from street traders, schools and local authorities. Many, many different sorts out there. The arms of England and the motto "Dieu et mon Droit" imply a general issue and not for a defined town or city.
