GSW R. thigh 2. Gastric distension? (b) The present condition thereof: 1. Scar on back & front of thigh ?oly? healed. Says he has pain after walking ? distance. 2. Has to be careful about diet. ? de? Looks to me as if you are right about gastric distension (distended stomach area, probably digestive problems). It really is odd handwriting. The word before "healed" could be mostly / snugly? "some" distance? Agree "Has to be careful about diet." Of course! I would never have got that myself. Not sure about the other two words. I thought perhaps it could be "nicely" healed ...
