Here’s a nice condition prewar Kar98a. 1913 Erfurt and matching down to the screws. What is most interesting about this one is the unit marking “O.M.D. 49” for the German East Asian Marines. This unit at its peak had only 700 men and they fought against the Japanese at Tsingtao in 1914.

Ostasiatisches Marine Detachement, the condition of that piece is excellent and looks unisued, hard to believe this was heavy used in combat. More real this is remain of depot storages,.
