I have a soldier of the 2nd Welsh who was attached somewhere (!) for Duty with the Military Inter-Allied Commission of Control 1919-1920. Can anyone shed any light on what it says please? Looks like E.I.L.I. to me but nothing comes up on an internet search. Later in the same document it says he was in France for this period. Many thanks in advance.
