benjamin thyla Posted 2 September , 2022 Share Posted 2 September , 2022 hi all, Despite this is an old post, I try to connect. Is there anyone of you who can give me suggestions how I can access the war diaries of the 135th Aero Squadron (USA)? I get tangled in the US archives, I am like wandering in a desert, each time I believe I found the right track , it is my own footprint and then I realize that I am continuously turning in circles... all kind of help is much appreciated! Sincerely, Benjamin Thyla
Admin DavidOwen Posted 2 September , 2022 Admin Share Posted 2 September , 2022 Benjamin I have given this its own thread to hopefully gain more attention. Good luck!
quemerford Posted 3 September , 2022 Share Posted 3 September , 2022 I'd suggest contacting AFHRA at Maxwell AFB: AFHRA.News@us.af.mil Documents 00904536 (interview with Col Percival G Hart) and 00912431 (personal reports, officers) pertain to the 135th but the Historical Agency should be able to advise on any others.
