He was probably born in văliug then franzdorf and recruited in Lugoş in the county of Banat in Romania I need info on what the collar insignia especially the crown of hungry  mean and any further info that point me in the direction of what regiment he was part of and other things and what does the little iron cross sleeve cuffs mean.

The closest I can find so far is the Königliche Ungarische Kronen-Wache (Royal Hungarian Crown-Guard).  The particular style of cuff knot is the key feature.  See also: http://www.mlorenz.at/Bewaffnete_Macht/Uniformen.htm

You don‘t need to, the site is in German :) Do you know the soldiers name? Is there anything written on the back of the photo? If so make a scan of it and post it here.
