the_ageing_young_rebel Posted 29 July , 2022 Share Posted 29 July , 2022 Hi All, I'm doing a little bit of research into a war grave that I found in my local cemtery for a Pte Percy James Wall from the Gloucesters. I was wondering if somebody could help with the cause of death details on this document. I know that he died in Bath War Hospital from wounds suffered two years prevously, but does the "k.Regs Para392 XVI" on this document refur to a general discharge due to wounds, or something more specific? Thanks in advance!
jay dubaya Posted 29 July , 2022 Share Posted 29 July , 2022 That specific KR denotes discharged as he was no longer was physically for service. His death certificate may hold the information you seek.
