Pictures are indeed permitted. I would be interested to see what you have photographed. I went there several years ago and was very impressed.

Thank you for taking the time to share. Nice to see a few more images of Belgian soldiers. What with this being an anglophone forum, and it being a country where English is not an official language, there is as a consequence less posts about the non-English speaking nations. I have seen images on Flemish and Francophone forums of Belgian troops, and understandably so.

Good evening Keith _history_buf

It is with pleasure, I understand that I mixed the nations, but if you look closely two or three Belgian soldiers wear modified English jackets that helps a little in the identifications, and the English have always answered present to defend Belgium tale of the German invader.

Likewise, whilst I was fortunate enough to pay a visit to Memorial Museum Passchendaele 1917, I was not aware of the existence of Sanctuary Wood Museum Hill 62. It's clearly existed for quite a long time.

Hello

Thank you for your comments on the road to Ypre there is also hooge crater, but yesterday the museum was reserved for English tourists who came on a tourist trip, a very beautiful museum to visit absolutely if you go to the region.
