Help required deciphering name on ships log book

I'm trying to figure out the names of a Doctor and Admiral on the entry dated 17 December 1917 on the ships log book for the paddle minesweeper HMS London Belle. The entry relates to the health of my great uncle Bruce Henderson,  Shetland R.N.R. service no. L 465 and his transfer to the Dreadnought Seamen's Hospital, Greenwich.

The "Doctor" (PRYKE, PRYCE ???) may be a civilian as he is not refereed to as "Surgeon" or "Medical Officer", the correct naval titles

Thanks for your help, I thought it might be Pryce too. I have attached London Medical Directory for 1917.  One Pryce and one Pryse.
