Help please on Frederick Oliver Shepherd 24884

Hi, I’m hoping somebody maybe able to help with information on the above soldier who I understand was part of the 12th welsh regiment, I’m not even sure what medals he was entitled to 

thank you

haven't found a service record, possibly burnt up in WW2 blitz

That rather looks like along the way he was  Attached Divisional Sniper Company.

The Medal Roll for the 1914-1915 Star lists Frederick in the 9th Battalion on entry.

This is the wounded list from Merthyr Express 9th September 1916 with Frederick 5th line down.

Didn't find any post-war disability pension card evidence at WFA/Fold3 - so presumably he mended OK.
