What was R. A. in Cirencester,1911

I am researching one  Aubrey H. V. Sudbury (future Lt. in 2 Bn RSR)  who in the 1911 Census describes himself (age 23 yrs) as a "student at R. A. C." while living in Cirencester.

Can anyone provide info regarding this R. A. C. ?

Royal Agricultural College is very appropriate, because he survived the GW and became a farmer.
