Mark1959 Posted 23 February , 2022 Share Posted 23 February , 2022 (edited) Military Medal Index card for London Gazette entry on 17/9/1917. This gives his unit at time of action for award (probably a few months earlier) as 126th Brigade Divisional Ammunition Column. https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/30287/supplement/9610 This gives his home town as Brainton Appears on a War Office wounded list on 2/11/1917. This says town is Braunton Edited 23 February , 2022 by Mark1959

Brian J Owen Posted 10 March , 2022 Author Share Posted 10 March , 2022 Good evening, could anyone help decipher the number's on the medal index and pension cards, as he was admitted to hospital in November 1917, and he had a pension card issued, would this indicate he was due a pension?
