Hi, Conway stated in his response that the group was known so I put 'Major J. A. Crook 45 squadron' into the search engine on google and it turned up a group (MC, 1914 Star trio and MID, DM, WM and MID plus a foreign award) on Wellington Auctions what year these were listed wasn't stated.  I am afraid that's all I know.  The reason I put in his rank as Major is that he was the CO of 45 Squadron late 1918. Perhaps Wellington Auctions could provide you with more information. Regards Clive
