Sgt B. Irwin, 23 Sqn, shot down/Pow 17 Sep 16

I have a copy of this man's AIR79 but am wondering if anyone can tell me when Irwin joined 23 Squadron, or anything else about his service in France up to 17 Sep 16 (apart from the meagre details on the AIR79).

His attestation form is in Fold3/Ancestry and Find My Past but it doesn't mention joining 23 Sqn

Thanks for checking Fold3 (which I dont have a sub to). I cannot see his attestation form on Find My Past, only his AIR79. Am I looking in wrong place on FMP?
