Ancestry usually offers a free, but very basic, account which allows looking at MIC

RAMC & RAF

Alternatively you can get from the National Archives - again currently free after a free registration

https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D5007126

Also several MIC for Mentions in Despatches in the London Gazette

https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D6529621

https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D6529622

https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/D6529623

London Gazettes also thence available https://www.thegazette.co.uk for these MiD and military career

LG quite possibly including I think: ADJUTANT-GENERAL'S AND QUARTERMASTERGENERAL'S STAFF. Camp Commandant— (Graded for purposes of pay as an Assistant Adjutant-General.) Major C. Salkeld, Westmorland and Cumberland Yeomanry, Territorial Force. Dated 24th June, 1915. https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/29223/supplement/6683
