Charles Jeoffrey Crooke, 2ND King's Shropshire L.I., I have a card which states that this man was awarded the M.I.D., dated on card 9 March 1918 can anyone help with where to locate more information on how he got this award I have search the Regimental History which only has him in the index for being awarded He was also awarded the M.S.M.
