- AC/2 Burke died of influenza (Volunteer: Phillip Tardif)
- AM/2 Doust died post-discharge of pulmonary tuberculosis (Volunteer: Vernon Masterman)
- Rfn Fitzgerald died post-discharge of pulmonary tuberculosis (Volunteer: Tom Burnell)
- L/AM Gill died post-discharge of pulmonary tuberculosis (Volunteer: Nigel Henderson)
- AM/3 Graham died post-discharge of pulmonary tuberculosis (Volunteer: Paul Charlesworth)
- Pte Hourigan died post-discharge of wounds sustained in action (Volunteer: Tom Burnell)

Mixed feelings about Quinn, who was hanged for the murder of his wife. Originally buried at Carliol Square Prison and re-interred at All Saints Cemetery, Jesmond, in 1925.

Incidentally, Ernest Bernard Scott was apparently an ex-Navy stoker, and William James Cavanagh was executed for the murder of seaman Henry Arthur Hollyer.
