domwalsh Posted 12 October , 2021 Share Posted 12 October , 2021 Hi all. I am researching an RMLI NCO who fought at Zeebrugge in 1918. Cpl Robert Henry CARR CH.14136 joined the RMP on discharge and Forces War Records lists him as DD 30/9/44 as C/199 Constable RM Police. He was buried in Lewisham and lived in Deptford at the time of his death. He's not on CWGC, even though Probate says he died "on war service". Should he not be registered as a war grave?
